Prices - All prices of cabins are listed in £GBP and are inclusive of VAT. We may change the advertised price of a product at any time. The price you pay will be the price discussed at the time of the order. We will try to update our web site on regular intervals to ensure all our prices displayed are correct at all times.
All prices will be discussed and confirmed before your order is processed. Until that time you or your company are under no obligation to proceed with the order.
Payment – Payment is usually requested to be paid by bacs straight into our account or by cheque at the time of the order.
All products are subject to availability. If the product you wish to order is unavailable we will contact you with different options or with a later date as to when we may have the product available.
Cancelling an order – You may cancel your order up to 10 working days before your delivery date. If your order is cancelled via telephone your order will be put on hold until we have received in writing confirmation of your cancellation via e-mail or post within 5 working days. You will still be liable for your order until notification in writing is received. Should you cancel your order after the cut off time, we may charge you twenty percent (20%) of the total charge of the product. Any charges will be communicated to you before we confirm the cancellation.
All refunds and / or exchanges for damaged or faulty goods, will need to be reported to us in writing via post or e-mail within 5 working days, will be dealt with individually on a case to case basis.
We will not accept returns or cancellations of any cabins, if any of the products have been altered or customized in any way that could be deemed as you using or treating the products as your own. While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us, in good condition. All products must be returned to us in the same condition in which they were delivered. All products must be returned in the same packaging as they were delivered; if you have unpacked the products from their packaging then care must be taken to ensure the products are re-packed carefully and securely in the same way in which they were received to avoid any damage or loss of parts in transit. Any products that are returned which can not be re-sold as new due to damage or wear and tear will be subject to a charge.
